VITALY Introduces Sustainable Y2K-Inspired Eyewear Collection

The fashion jewellery brand, Vitaly, is debuting an iconic, yet environmentally-conscious eyewear collection.


Vitaly, the Toronto-based experimental design studio produces genderless pieces by taking a future-looking perspective on accessory design. Vitaly’s brand identity mirrors the prominence of robotics, artificial intelligence and industrial manufacturing processes we encounter in our everyday lives. The beloved brand is extending their jewellery of signature earrings, chains and rings, as spotted on the likes of Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X and Miley Cyrus, with the Y2K’s cyber-inspired debut eyewear style, “The Matrix”.


The angular shaped pair is not only iconic for its futuristic looks but features a 100% recycled stainless steel construction, German-engineered three-barrel hinges and “Green Nylon” lenses made from 39% plant oils. And it gets better - the sunglasses come with a detachable necklace chain which adds a contemporary twist to the iconic shape. In the coming weeks, Vitaly will also add two other frames to their sunglasses collection.
